My Qualifications
As a graduate from Indiana University with a degree in both Management and Business, I have a solid foundation of professional business approaches and practices. In 2004, after graduating college, I started my real estate career in management and obtained my real estate license in early 2006. I had the opportunity to manage a high producing real estate company for the first three years of my real estate career, providing me with exposure to hundreds of real estate transactions that have contributed to an enhancement of my overall real estate knowledge. In the beginning of 2008, I made the transition from management into sales. Since then, I have focused on applying all of my expertise and knowledge to better assist my clients with their real estate needs. In 2008, by establishing a track record with proven experience, I obtained a designation as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) which is earned by REALTORS® that have obtained specialized training in delivering superior services in buyer-representation. In the fall of 2009, I obtained the highest level of professional excellence by receiving advanced real estate training by achieving my Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) Designation which is often referred to as the “PhD of Real Estate” to enhance my ability to represent my clients to the fullest. In the end of 2009, due to the local economic climate, I earned two additional designations pertaining to Foreclosures and Shortsales - the CSP® (Certified Shortsale Professional®) and SFR® (Shortsale and Foreclosure Resource®) Designation. These two designations have provided me with additional tools to assist my clients in this unique real estate market.
My Beliefs
I have a handful of solid beliefs that I base the foundation of my real estate business practice. The first belief I have is teamwork. Having played in team sports my whole life from little league , to high school and club teams, to a Division I, Big Ten Collegiate Program; I understand that being able to leverage yourself by working together with a group of like-minded people will bring the highest level of success possible. I work as a team with my clients and their trusted advisors (loan officer and escrow agency) to obtain the best home for them at the best price available. The second belief I have is to treat others how I would want to be treated. I treat my clients through their real estate experience as I would want to be treated if I were purchasing a home. I focus on educating them on all of their options, addressing current market conditions, and guiding them through every step of the purchasing process. The last belief that I practice in my everyday real estate business is to surpass expectations by always providing a high level of customer service. I pride myself on going the extra mile for my clients in order to assist them with all of their needs.

I pride myself on having a high set of standards which include such core values as being loyal, honest, moral, ethical, and hard working. I believe that my role in a real estate transaction is to educate the consumer through their real estate experience as a counselor and teacher. I have proven tools, techniques and utilize state of the art technology to support my clients throughout their real estate experience. Furthermore, I focus on developing a personal relationship so I can cater to all of my client’s needs to deliver a smooth and enjoyable real estate experience because my goal is to make the individuals I service, clients for life.
