Kristine Dugan brings a wealth of experience with her; as a second generation native Las Vegan and practitioner in real estate in Las Vegas since 2004, Kristine began her career managing and teaching other real estate professionals how to cater to the client's needs by education and counseling while providing superior service with the utmost integrity. As her time as a manager, she has been exposed to hundreds of real estate transactions to enhance her real estate knowledge so she can negotiate on behalf of her clients to assist them with their real estate goals.

BS - Bachelor of Science Degree Kristine received her BS from University of Indiana, Bloomington concentrating in Management from the School of Environmental and Public Affairs and Business degree from Kelley School of Business. This world class, top ranking university prepared Kristine for the ever changing business industry by building the foundation of economics, business, and financial concepts. The principals she learned from IU has assisted to lay the foundation of her daily business practices.

CRS - Certified Residential Specialist® Commonly referred to the "PhD of Real Estate", CRS is the symbol of excellence in residential real estate. They have completed advanced training in residential real estate and have a proven track record of sales transactions required to earn the CRS Designation. They are consummate professionals.
CSP - Certified Short-Sale Professional® CSP real estate professionals are expert facilitators of the short-sale transaction - from beginning to end. They have proven their ability to navigate through the short-sale process and accomplish the desired results of their clients.
REALTOR®These professionals are committed to treat all parties to a transaction honestly. REALTORS® subscribe to a strict code of ethics and are expected to maintain a higher level of knowledge of the process of buying and selling real estate.
SFR® - Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource®
Nearly one-third of all existing homes sold recently were either short sales or foreclosures, according to National Association of Realtors® data. To help clients meet their needs of buying and selling real estate, SFR designation provides additional training to Realtors® to facilitate short-sale and foreclosure transactions.
